Cap & ADSL Circuit
CAP ONLY?
Pay Cybersmart for your CAP and Telkom for your ADSL circuit, telephone line and the calls you make. This option is MUCH more expensive than a CAP & ADSL Circuit option.
If you have a problem with your ADSL line, you will need to log a fault with Telkom directly on 0800 375 375. Cybersmart will continue to charge you for your CAP whilst your ADSL line is broken. If you already have ADSL installed, you may still choose the "CAP & ADSL Circuit " option. Cybersmart will transfer the circuit from Telkom without downtime. You can compare pricing simply by toggling between the "CAP" and the "CAP & ADSL Circuit" options.
CAP & ADSL CIRCUIT?
Pay Cybersmart for both your CAP and ADSL circuit. Telkom will NOT charge you for the ADSL circuit but will continue to charge you for your telephone line and the calls you make.
The ADSL Circuit that you get from Cybersmart is EXACTLY the same as the ADSL circuit you get from Telkom as we pass the bulk discount we receive from Telkom on to you. By having your ADSL circuit with Cybersmart, not only will you get a better price, you will also be able to log the ADSL faults with us. Furthermore, we give you a Service Level Agreement on the ADSL circuit. If your ADSL circuit is down for more than 96 working hours after the fault is logged with us, you can demand that we refund you 1 full day for BOTH your CAP and ADSL circuit for every hour after the 96 hours has elapsed up to the maximum of twice your monthly cost, the only exclusion being in the instance of cable theft.

Fast is up to 384 Kb/sec; Faster is up to 1024 Kb/sec; and Fastest is up to 10240 Kb/sec.
All speeds are a best effort solution and your circuit will be synchronised to the fastest speed available in your exchange limited to a maximum of the speed that you chose.

As a Cybersmart subscriber, every month you are given an amount of data that you can download by surfing the internet or fetching your emails. The amount given to you is measured in terms of Gigabytes (Gigs) and is referred to as your Cap.
Cybersmart has introduced yet another revolutionary new concept, the Night Rider facility. By paying an extra monthly fee of only R25, you can get 5 TIMES your Cap if you Use the internet between 12:30am and 7:00am (Night Rider time).
This means if you have a 3 Gig cap and you use the internet in Night Rider Time only, you will be able to download 15 Gigs, which effectively means you get 15 Gigs for the price of 3 Gigs.

The amount given to you is measured in terms of Gigabytes (Gigs) . On our normal service any portion of your allowance that you don't use during the month cannot be used in any month after.
Cybersmart has now introduced a revolutionary new concept we like to call CapSaver to help you save your unused Gigs for the months that you may need them.
By using CapSaver, you deposit your unused data into your very own "Giggy Bank" which is safely stored there until you need it. Because at Cybersmart, we know that each of you are different.
You can save as much gigs in your giggy bank for as long as you want.
