What is FlexiCap ?

FlexiCap resulted from a customer specific request that we generalised for our client base. If you are a user in the 3 to 4 Gig range or are a company that does not want to be restricted by the hard cap this service is what you need. FlexiCap, as the name implies, gives you flexibility on both Gigs and price.

How does it work ?

To subscribe to FlexiCap costs R10 extra per month. You get your first 3 Gigs according to our circuit based prices, however you do not get capped at 3 Gigs, you get charged a per Mb rate according to your circuit speed, prices shown on the home page. After you reach 3 Gigs you will not get capped but will get charged as follows:

It gets even more flexible ! If you log into the ADSL usage page with your ADSL username and password it will show you how much you have been charged so far for the extra Mbs you have used over 3 Gigs. If the amount charged is more expensive than the price for a Top Up you are able to top up at this stage instead of paying the per Mb price.

How much does this cost and how can I get it ?

The service costs an additional R10 per month, to get it :

1. Complete the ADSL Setup Wizard to get an ADSL account if you don't have one already.
